Made from durable and tear-resistant RPET, the EcoSeal GRS certified recycled tote bag features ultrasonic heat-sealed construction and die-cut handles, and is stitch-free and lightweight yet strong. Perfect for daily essentials, events, or quick errands. Resistance up to 3 kg weight. Volume capacity: 5 litres.

Transfer

By means of pigment transfer ink, the necessary colors are applied to a sheet of paper in mirror image in screen printing. These sheets are then placed on a polyester fabric and baked together, under pressure (about 4 bar) and 220 degrees, for a time of 45 seconds. The heat releases the ink from the paper and attaches itself to the fabric. This will not lose any of its color fastness after washing. For example, the back, front and sleeves are printed and then made up together into one whole.

The bag disappears within 6 months if for example ended up in the ocean (depending on water temperature, turbulence, salinity etc.) You can just walk with the bag in the rain because it only dissolves if it is permanently in the water or submerged. Capacity approx. 8 litres. The composition of polyvinyl alcohol is CH2-CH-OH and it splits when dissolved in water (H2O) and carbon (C).
